KAKTUSlife @the curve is mixed-use project which will include multi-family housing with 614 units, a single-story clubhouse, underground parking garage and main-level carport parking. This project will also include 2,500 sq ft of retail space. TRU Engineering prepared a full set of civil improvement construction documents, including horizontal control, utility, rough grading, grading, storm drain, and detail plan. TRU Engineering performed coordination services with adjacent property owners along permitting and processing of plans with Clark County Public Works, CCWRD, CCRFCD and LVVWD.
