PAUL RITZ
VP of Engineering
Paul Fritz holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He has over 31 years of experience in land development including extensive work in the site/civil engineering profession; of which 28 have been in the Las Vegas/Southern Nevada area. Paul possesses a broad range of work experience in various disciplines including project management, due diligence/feasibility, planning and entitlements, drainage/hydrology, geotechnical engineering, surveying, cost estimating, site civil design and grading, mapping, off-site/on-site improvements, computer aided design (CAD), roadway/utility infrastructure design and construction administration for numerous commercial, business park, retail, educational facility, residential, and industrial civil engineering land development projects. Paul has been the Engineer of Record and specializes in the design and management of site civil improvements for commercial, business, and industrial parks, retail shopping centers, shopping malls, office, and flex facilities, elementary, middle, high, and university schools, parks, multifamily developments, and storage/warehouse centers. During his tenure in the Valley, he has been the engineer in charge for many of Nevada's leading land developers and public agencies.
